Ban Tian Yao is produced in the Wuyi mountain of Fujian, China. The tea carries a special name which means halfway to the sky, taken literally from how the tea grows—on a high cliff, to look like it is hanging on the sky. Ban Tian Yao Oolong Tea bears a deep history and has existed since the 18th century.
