ABOUT PU’ER
Pu’er (or pu-erh) is a type of fermented dark tea produced in Yunnan province, famous worldwide for its taste complexity and potential health benefits.
This mature tea is even used as a medicine in some countries. But instead of mirroring the bitter taste of most medicines, the taste of Pu’er is better likened to a deep breath of fresh air in a springtime pine forest, after heavy rain.
