Prided as one of the most aromatic teas produced in the Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province, Bu Zhi Chun carries notes of flowers and ripe fruit alongside its signature smoky and aged scent.
The origins of its name are traced to its special harvesting season that occurs just at the end of winter and the dawn of spring, hence the name, Bu Zhi Chun [不知春], which translates literally to ‘not knowing Spring’.
